Burren Way Ireland

The Burren region is overflowing with culture and history - we recommend you take a break from the hiking at one of these spots:

Lahinch: Explore the shops, restaurants and art galleries in this bustling seaside town. The wonderful beach invites for a swim - or why not take a surfing lesson with one of the local surf schools?

Doolin: This quiet fishing village has been known since the 1970s as the traditional music capital of Ireland. Enjoy the live music sessions in the world famous pubs of Doolin. Visit the nearby Doolin Cave and see the ‘Great Stalactite’ or take a boat cruise to the Cliffs of Moher from the sea side.

Ballyvaughan: Enjoy great food and drink in the pubs and restaurants of this charming coastal village. Go underground in the Ailwee cave, Ireland’s premier show cave and watch flying displays of eagles, falcons, hawks, and owls at the Birds Of Prey Centre.
