The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused huge disruption to global travel and we wanted to update our loyal customers on our response to this fast-moving and uncertain situation.
Unavoidably, many scheduled hiking tours may or could be affected by ongoing travel restrictions, flight cancellations, official state travel advice and travel bans as the Coronavirus is still active. We understand the disappointment that this situation has caused to many and we’re working hard to provide the best possible solutions to those customers who we know were looking forward with excitement to their walking holiday with Hillwalk Tours. We are doing our utmost to be flexible in ensuring that your walking tour does go ahead in the future.
With this in mind, we have already contacted every person due to commence a Hillwalk Tour up to tours starting 20 July to help them rebook their tour for a future date at no extra cost. For customers who have booked a Hillwalk Tour that is due to begin after 20 July, we are currently making arrangements to send you your Walking Pack.
Our dedicated Customer Support Team are currently experiencing very high levels of enquiries and are working as fast as they can to respond to each and every e-mail they receive.
