We are seeking an exceptional individual with a can-do attitude and a strong business sense to manage all aspects of our “Walking Pack” operations. A Walking Pack is a package that includes all the critical documents a customer needs prior to starting their tour: route notes, personalised itineraries, maps, safety notices etc. (A car is highly desirable for this role).

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Documentation Specialist:

As a Customer Documentation Specialist you will need to perform essential tasks and duties on a day to day basis to a high standard – here’s an insight to what you would be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Walking Pack process; prioritising packs for print and post, assigning packs, tracking packs, updating our software system
  • Optimising operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Have responsibility for the maintenance of equipment and work with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues promptly (e.g. printers, franking machine)
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels as well as sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes when required
  • Training Walking Pack Administrators and assigning tasks
  • Carefully printing and assembling walking packs for our customers
  • Interacting with wider team members, customers and suppliers, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Tracking and reporting of Walking Pack operational performance. Working smartly and resourcefully to meet and exceed metrics and deadlines
  • Inputting and accessing data on our in-house software system
  • Maintaining a current knowledge and familiarity with our tour routes and regions
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and work process guidelines
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by management
  • (Due to business demands some restrictions apply to holidays with this role)
