Julia was born in Marseille, on the French Riviera. After high school, Julia decided to study a Bachelor’s Degree in the Cultural Studies of English-speaking countries. Julia’s first trip to Ireland included a visit to the Burren in County Clare. This region still remains dear to her heart and she fell completely in love with the Emerald Isle. Julia returned to Ireland a year later, this time as an Erasmus student in NUI Galway where she studied the Archaeology of Ireland and Celtic Civilisation. Julia’s thesis for her Master’s degree focused on Irish Mythology within Game of Thrones. Travelling around the country has allowed Julia to discover Ireland’s stunning landscapes, while also learning more about the ancient history and Celtic legacy of the island.
