We are seeking an exceptional individual with superb communication, creativity, organisational and content creation skills to become our Content Creation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities of a Content Creation Specialist:

As our Content Creation Specialist, you will report to the Head of Marketing & Technology and will need to perform essential tasks and duties on a day-to-day basis to a high standard – here’s an insight to what you would be doing:

  • Help achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the growth strategy of the business.
  • Create, implement and manage successful marketing campaigns (in the areas of Content Marketing, PPC, SEO, Social Media and Email Marketing).
  • Create and deliver engaging content through numerous sales channels (e.g. blogs, newsletter, website, social media etc.) that our customers want to consume and that will convert to sales
  • Create, manage, and execute a detailed editorial calendar which outlines the different types of content to be produced and when it’s scheduled throughout the sales season.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. If required, make sure it is correctly translated, optimised for search and easily shareable
  • Maintain a content inventory; repurpose existing content for different channels, customers, etc.
  • Insist on excellence in design, writing, and style across all channels (website, print, email, video, etc.) when working with freelancers.
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Experience in relevant marketing software applications e.g. WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Expertise in graphic design and design-related software applications e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. desirable
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work process guidelines
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by senior management

This role will be performed remotely, however, some offices days may be required for training purposes, to complete specific tasks and to attend meetings. A car is highly desirable.

While working from home a dedicated, quiet space free from interruptions is required, as is a strong broadband connection.
